I made the black bean brownies, pureed the beans with my immersion blender, baked them in a 9x9 pan - they were thick, they were rich, they were..... GOOD!
I topped them with some sugar free cherry pie filling, a dab of Cool Whip, and YUMMO!!!!!!!!!
For you Weight Watcher types, they were 2 points for a small brownie... Amazing what you can substitute for fat, isn't it??? And no, you would never know there were beans in the brownies. They were totally undetectable. So don't turn up your nose 'til you try them. Gotta go outside your box, girlfriends...
