Fun, fun, fun….
Dr. appointment, sinus headaches, a to-do-list a mile long, that’s my life this week. And that’s why blogging has been sparse. I’ll be back, soon. Meanwhile, check out Farrah’s funeral card, access it from the Tweets in the right sidebar.
She had a class act send off, appropriately dignified and religious. Thank goodness not the circus that will unfold this weekend with MJ lying in rest at Neverland…

Are you a snow cone lover???
Are any of the rest of you as crazy about snow cones as I am? I’ve loved them since I was a child. Those sticky, wonderful icy treats, syrupy sweet, that melt really fast and if you happen to get a cup that leaks, stains your hand semi-permanently the color of your snow cone.
Well, after I bought my Bella Cucina Rocket Blender, the greatest little gadget I’ve found in years, btw, I quickly discovered that it would pulverize ice quickly into fine snow.
And even better, I’ve discovered sugar-free Da Vinci syrups, zero calories, sweetened with Splenda, in my favorite snow cone flavors, banana and cherry, that the Weight Watcher girls assure me taste exactly like the snow cones of my childhood, so I have an order of these puppies, complete with pumps winging their way to Heavensville as we speak. They have so many flavors it was hard to decide, I was tempted by watermelon, black cherry, strawberry and lemon, but I restrained myself and bought just the banana and cherry, okay, okay, I bought the lemon, too…
I’ve also read that the cherry syrup is great in Diet Cokes, so I’m sure John will like that. He’s crazy about cherry syrup, we get it for him at Ritzy’s by the gallon, but it has sugar, this doesn’t. I also have a certain friend, whose name starts with a ‘V’. that is hooked on Cherry Diet Coke. She might enjoy this also…
Now all I have to do is find the little pointed tip cups, and I’m in business, cherry rimmed smile and all. Just because I’m not a kid, doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy the same things I did as a child. And the cheapest place to buy these? netrition.com - $7.49 each, $2.00 for the pumps, next day shipping, flat rate of $4.99 regardless of how many you buy. Yeah, I know, you want the link, but not for yourself, for your kids/grandkids. Um-hum, sure you do... Here ya go, girlfriends, enjoy…
Works for me…
