A few old books, some grosgrain ribbon, a ratty old envelope or two and you've got a cute accent area. Don't you love it? Deanna and I are watching The Fixer Upper this afternoon, it inspires me to greatness. Okay, greatness is a stretch, I'm going a little overboard, but it is such a cute idea,

I snapped this picture at Serenite Maison, a wonderful little shop in Leipers Fork this morning and can't wait to try this next to Daddy's old typewriter in my living room....

Purple Ball Heritage Jars for 2015

I’m such a fan of Ball Heritage Jars.  I bought the green as soon as they came out last year, in fact, I just bought more last week, these are limited editions, and once they’ve sold them all, they’re gone forever.

Loving this purple color.  You can preorder here - shipping is high, if you buy quarts and pints, it’s $15.  They should be arriving in the stores soon, though...
