This morning on "Paul Harvey" he said that Oats, Barley and Brown Rice are the top 3 healthiest foods.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... I eat so many oats, I should be TOTALLY healthy, then. Also lots of brown rice, gotta do the barley next....
Ever since I saw that horrid (except to me) Georgia Rule, and I saw Jane Fonda eating blueberries in her morning oats, I've been adding them to mine. TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! That's my goal, girlfriends, to have Jane Fonda's body by the time I'm 70!
