ABC announced his upcoming marriage to Rubem Robierb on Good Morning America today. Wow, have we come a long way! This had to have been extremely difficult to acknowledge something so controversial, but it’s a milestone of major importance to one of the key players on their morning show. Had it been one of the women anchors announcing her engagement, it would have been no big deal, but of course this will probably create a lot of negative opinions. The man was just beaming, obviously very happy, and it’s his choice, who are we to criticize.So snaps to you, ABC, you went out on a limb for this one, and to you Sam Champion, a great guy who just happens to live a different lifestyle than some of us do.
