Coconut Banana Bread with Lime Glaze

6.14.12 If you love banana, pineapple, coconut and lime, this is the recipe for you.

Carlene told me about this last week and how good it was, I made it on Saturday and it was absolutely to-die-for!

If you only make one new dessert this summer, this is the one to try.

It’s absolutely decadent tasting, but only has four tablespoons of butter.

What a great find this is.  It’s posted on Jan CAN Cook.  If you can possibly just cover it in an airtight container and not eat it the first day, it’s much better the second, and by the third, it’s pure ambrosia.  But good luck with that, just letting it age for a day or so…
