Rapid Lash, does it really work?

I saw this YouTube video of Kathy Lee Gifford talking about Rapid Lash.  Then I started reading reviews, sure enough, people actually say this stuff works.  Have any of you tried it?  If anybody knows about this product, please comment… I wonder if it’s safe?
